The Dune2Dune Triathlon is on again in Cape Paterson this weekend . Described by elite triathletes , Luke Whitmore and Monty Frankish as one of the best triathlons in Australia . Both “Sprint” and “Olympic” distances available . Swim in the tranquil ( usually) waters of the Cape , ride the scenic Bass Coast and run alongside the cliffs of Cape Paterson . Live timing will be provided by Tomato Timing . Entries are filling fast so get on line and enter before midnight on Friday to avoid disappointment . On the day entries will attract a $20 late fee ( if spots are available )

A hot field for the Dune2DUne long course with Kids on Track ambassador Magnus Michellson , and previous winners Paul Taylor and Mack Clarkson , in the women’s field former AFL player Lou Wotton who has made the transition to triathlon . Matt Sullivan will start favourite in the short course .
